PubWorx is seeking a results-driven individual to join its first-class Consumer Marketing Team. This is a rare opportunity to assist in the implementation of subscription marketing campaigns for the renewal, billing and gift businesses of multiple PubWorx magazine clients across print and digital channels. The position will report directly to the Manager, Customer Retention Operations and collaborate with key stakeholders across the Magazine division.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing and analytic ability.  The individual should be a driven, self starter, capable of identifying business needs and suggesting solutions and improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create retention marketing campaign instructions for internal and external Fulfillment, Production and Lettershop groups
  • Develop, maintain and ensure accuracy of retention marketing schedules.
  • Proof and approve all tests and changes to retention marketing efforts.
  • Manage inventory of print renewal and billing campaign components

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Up to 2 years of experience in direct marketing and/or subscription marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Creative mindset with a knack for questioning status quo and trying new things
  • Ability to move quickly, manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
  • Proactive team player with solutions-oriented mindset
  • BA/BS in Marketing preferred​
