Associate Manager, Digital Marketing

PubWorX is seeking a marketer to assist in managing digital marketing activities to drive customer acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to support both strategy and execution of digital efforts across leading brands. He/she will work with a talented team of marketers to generate online subscription revenue for clients that include some of the largest magazine publishers.


Areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Implement marketing strategy for high-level initiatives related to print and digital products.
  • Develop existing sources including but not limited to brand/partner websites and SEM
  • Expand offer and creative testing to increase response rates and conversion rates as well as revenue.
  • Help lead the creative development for new promotions ensuring goal and brand alignment.
  • Assist in identifying, implementing and evaluating new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Formalize plans for all digital marketing promotions aimed at reaching publishers goals and budgets.



The candidate will have at least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a digital role. In addition he/she should possess the following skills.

  • BA/BS from accredited college or university
  • Ability to move quickly, managing multiple projects in a cutting edge, fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and problem solver whom is proactive and solution oriented
  • Familiarity with SEM; Adwords experience is great but not required
  • Detail oriented but also able to think at a high level
  • Collaborative team player who is able to work fluidly with cross-functional groups
  • Passionate about marketing and digital media
  • Working knowledge of both Excel and Powerpoint
