Pubworx/ProCirc, the award-winning provider of outsourced circulation management services for magazines, is looking for an energetic, experienced individual to manage the new business subscription activity for fast-paced multi-title magazine publishers in our NY office.  He/she will have strong promotional marketing and analytical skills managing and executing the direct mail and insert sources, and work closely with Pubworx/ProCirc’s production, fulfillment, and reporting staff and senior management.

Strong organizational, computer and interpersonal skills a must.  This position presents an exciting growth opportunity in a rapidly growing company.



  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive direct mail subscription response, revenue and profitability for a large scale, year round direct mail operation
  • Coordinate all facets of direct mail campaigns including creative management, list planning, merge/purge, lettershop and fulfillment
  • Manage insert card marketing, house ads and cross promotional efforts
  • Access source history and current strategy, recommend and execute tests to creative packages, messages, offers, and timing to improve response and profitability
  • Create annual direct mail and insert card budgets.  Regularly monitor sub production, revenue and expenses throughout the year and provide variance explanations to budget
  • Work closely with client to ensure that magazine editorial strategies are accurately reflected in the promotional material



  • 4 year college degree and 5+​years of consumer marketing/circulation experience
  • Experience developing and executing direct mail strategy in multi-title environment
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis
  • Ability to work effectively with many partners
