PubWorX Marketing Team seeks a senior digital marketing professional with consumer marketing experience and a track record of driving high performing digital programs.  The position reports to the Executive Director of Digital Marketing. He/she will oversee a team of two digital marketers to generate subscription revenue for clients that include some of the largest magazine publishers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing programs across owned and paid digital channels
  • Lead the development of new and existing digital marketing channels as well as growth opportunities
  • Manage existing partner relationships as well as help cultivate new ones
  • Define and drive KPIs by meticulously tracking and optimizing performance and budgets
  • Drive aggressive test agenda to increase online traffic and order conversion rates
  • Responsible for App Marketing promotions and testing across storefronts, including Apple & Google
  • Analyze results and insights to formulate recommendations into current and future strategies
  • Lead, inspire and develop the digital marketing team

 

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in digital marketing experience; MBA or Masters preferred but not required. In addition, he/she should possess the following experience or skills.

  • Knowledgeable in paid media tactics including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Display, In-App & Retargeting
  • Previous consumer marketing or agency experience is ideal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and drive results in fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong leadership but is willing to jump in to get the job done if needed
  • Self-starter and problem solver whom is proactive and solution oriented
  • Detail oriented but also able to think at a high level
  • Collaborative team player who can work fluidly with cross-functional groups
  • Passionate about marketing, magazines and digital media
