ProCirc is seeking a results-driven individual to join its first-class Consumer Marketing Team. This is a rare opportunity to manage the planning, implementation and evaluation of subscription marketing campaigns for the renewal, billing and gift businesses of multiple ProCirc clients across print and digital channels. The position will report directly to the Director, CRM\Retention and collaborate with key stakeholders across the brands.


Areas of responsibility include but not limited to:

  • Develop marketing strategies for customer lifecycle, onboarding, growth, and retention programs
  • Track marketing performance KPIs by channel, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Set up complex and disciplined testing approaches, from design management to campaign measurement
  • Monitor the overall health of the subscriber base, developing proposals to increase retention and decrease churn
  • Align marketing campaigns with client goals to meet key business objectives
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement and execute marketing campaigns
  • Prepare annual marketing budgets, manage and monitor monthly financial forecasting

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required
  • 3-5 years of experience in subscription marketing and/or omni-channel marketing preferred
  • Understanding of data-driven, subscription based models
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic skills
  • Solution-oriented, multi-tasker with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully in a highly-matrixed organization
  • Expert user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
